Comprehensive cleaning for vacant homes — ideal for sellers, buyers, or renters to ensure a fresh start or smooth handover.

This is our most common package for empty homes, but every property is unique! You can add or remove items from this list to customize it exactly to your needs — this is just to give you a clear idea of what’s typically included:

Everything in Recurring Cleaning:

• Dusting all surfaces, ceiling fans, and light fixtures
• Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors
• Cleaning kitchens (counters, sinks, appliance exteriors, microwave inside)
• Cleaning bathrooms (sinks, toilets, showers/tubs, mirrors)
• Trash removal and general tidying

Plus Move-In/Move-Out Extras:

• Deep clean of all surfaces, floors, and fixtures
• Inside, behind, and under appliances (oven, fridge, stove pulled for full access)
• Inside cabinets and drawers
• Bathrooms and kitchens scrubbed top-to-bottom
• Baseboards, doors, and light switches wiped
• Windows and sills cleaned

What it does NOT include:

• Construction dust/debris removal (unless it's a new build)
• Heavy post-renovation residue (that's the new build package)
