One-Time / Special Clean (Event Prep, Seasonal Refresh, or Custom Needs)

Customized to your exact needs — perfect for event prep, post-party cleanup, seasonal refreshes, or any unique project.

This is our most flexible package — we tailor every clean to what you need, so you get exactly the right level of service. The list below shows what’s typically included, but you can add or remove items to make it perfect for your home.

Typically includes recurring cleaning items:

• Dusting all surfaces, ceiling fans, and light fixtures
• Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors
• Cleaning kitchens (counters, sinks, appliance exteriors, microwave inside)
• Cleaning bathrooms (sinks, toilets, showers/tubs, mirrors)
• Trash removal and general tidying

Plus extras based on your request:

• Pre-event prep (surfaces, floors, bathrooms — guest-ready)
• Post-party cleanup (quick reset after the fun)
• Seasonal deep focus areas (e.g., spring refresh, holiday prep)

What it does NOT include (compared to other packages):

• Inside appliances (oven, fridge) — unless specifically requested as an add-on.
• Inside cabinets and drawers — not standard (add-on if needed).
• Behind/under appliances (pulling out oven/fridge/stove) — not included (common in move-out/new build).
• Heavy construction dust/debris removal — not designed for post-construction (that’s the New Build package).
• Multiple passes or deep grime from years of neglect — less intensive than Move-In/Move-Out (which handles long-term buildup).
• Baseboards, blinds, door frames, windows — only if added as extras (standard in Initial Deep or Move-Out).

We’re happy to do pre-event, post-event, or both — just let us know your timeline! Pre-event only: Standard one-time rate. Post-event only: Same rate. Both (before + after): Bundle discount — 20% off the second clean.
