Specialized cleaning for brand-new or renovated homes. We remove construction dust, debris, fingerprints, and residue from every surface, leaving your space spotless and ready for move-in.

This is our most common deep clean for new builds and renovated spaces, but every home is unique! You can add or remove items from this list to customize it exactly to your needs — this is just to give you a clear idea of what’s typically included:

Everything in Recurring Cleaning:

• Dusting all surfaces, ceiling fans, and light fixtures
• Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors
• Cleaning kitchens (counters, sinks, appliance exteriors, microwave inside)
• Cleaning bathrooms (sinks, toilets, showers/tubs, mirrors)
• Trash removal and general tidying

Plus Post-Construction Extras:

• Removal of construction dust and debris from all surfaces (multiple passes)
• Detailed wiping of cabinets, counters, and fixtures
• Floor scrubbing and vacuuming
• Window and sill cleaning
• Appliance and bathroom fixture detailing

What it does NOT include:

• Years of built-up grease/grime (not needed in new/renovated homes)
• Pulling appliances (usually not required unless specified)
• Inside cabinets/drawers (unless added)
